GetSniped is about authentic, spontaneous moments with friends. We want a place where you can have fun, feel safe, and respect others. These Standards are part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with them, GetSniped may not be for you.

 

What’s not allowed

Bullying, Abuse, and Harassment — Don’t target, threaten, or demean others (users or non‑users).

Child Sexual Exploitation — Zero tolerance. We remove and report to authorities.

Hateful Content — No content attacking people or groups based on protected characteristics.

Illegal Activity — Don’t promote, coordinate, or depict illegal acts.

Intellectual Property — Only share content you have rights to share.

Non‑Consensual Nudity — Strictly forbidden; includes voyeuristic or invasive imagery.

Non‑Public Personal Information — No doxxing or sharing of private data without consent.

Suicide & Self‑Harm — Don’t encourage or glorify self‑harm. Use local emergency services for imminent danger.

Violent Content — No threats, incitement, or celebration of violence.

 

Consent & Privacy

Don’t capture or share imagery from places where people reasonably expect privacy (bathrooms, locker rooms, medical settings). Remove content upon a reasonable privacy request when safety or dignity is at stake.

 

Minors

GetSniped is for users 13+. Never sexualize minors or solicit them. We report suspected CSAM immediately.

 

How to make a report

Use the in‑app reporting tools or email support@getsniped.app. Include screenshots or details when possible so we can act quickly.

 

What happens after you report

We review reports and may warn, restrict features, remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts. Severe violations can result in immediate termination and reports to authorities. You can appeal decisions via support@getsniped.app.

 

Monitoring & Enforcement

We may review content and behavior to keep GetSniped safe and consistent with these Standards and the Terms of Service. Our enforcement decisions are final.
